WHAT AREA IS PART OF THE CAROL BEACH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION?   Our By-Laws indicated Carol Beach is the area bounded by the blue line.  As the area south of 116 Street continues to grow, it has been suggested that CBPOA be expanded to include that area too.
