Starting in late 2005 and early 2006, the very old and only available in photocopy version of CBPOA's Constitution and By-Laws was recognized as being in need for some serious updating.
Several rounds of changes were made to bring the document up to date, and also to reflect changes that had occured since the last round of changes.
On April 7, 2006, the Board of Directors approved the final draft.
On April 8, 2006, at the Annual Membership Meeting, the overall membership approved the changes.
